Speaker: Peter Meza, Community Relations/Education at the Los Angeles office of the California Department of Insurance.

             

Background:  Peter has worked ten years as an insurance adjuster.  During those years the Loma Prieta earthquake was a major crisis through which he helped home owners.  His current role after eight years with the Department of Insurance is in Community Education/Relations under the new Commissioner, Steve Poizner.
